How many guests can stay at 16 Indigo?
16 Indigo accommodates up to 14 guests.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
The home has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom.

What is the bedroom layout?
The bedroom setup includes a king bedroom, queen bedroom, a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a queen futon, and a bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk bed.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes. 16 Indigo allows up to 2 dogs under 60 lbs each, with approval through Coastal Vacation Rentals.

What is the pet fee?
The pet fee is $250 per dog and is non-refundable.

Are cats allowed?
No. The pet policy is dogs only.

Is there a private pool?
Yes. 16 Indigo has a private pool beside the covered Cabana Lounge.

Is the pool heated?
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and should be requested in advance, ideally at least 14 days before check-in. Coastal Vacation Rentals confirms final pricing and availability.

Is the pool open year-round?
Yes. The private pool is available year-round. Pool heat is optional and requires an additional fee.

How far is the beach?
The beach is approximately 0.7 miles away, about a 5-minute bike ride or a 10–12-minute walk.

Are bikes included?
Yes. 2 bikes are included through Coastal Vacation Rentals / Xplorie. Additional bike needs should be arranged separately.

How many vehicles can park at the home?
16 Indigo has parking for up to 4 vehicles: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

Is there an elevator?
Yes. Elevator access is available for guest convenience. Children should not operate the elevator without adult supervision.

Is there WiFi?
Yes. Gig-speed WiFi suitable for streaming, remote work, and multiple connected devices.

Is there a workspace for remote work?
Yes. 16 Indigo includes a large L-shaped desk in the second-floor common area, along with gig-speed WiFi, giving guests a comfortable place for remote work, schoolwork, or checking in during their stay.

What coffee makers are provided?
The kitchen includes both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

What kitchen appliances are included?
The kitchen includes an oversized island, gas cooktop, two sinks, beverage fridge, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crockpot, and toaster.

Are there grills?
Yes. There are two gas grills: one on the screened porch and one at the Cabana Lounge.

Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed.

Are parties or events allowed?
No. Parties and events are not allowed.

Is there an EV charger?
No. There is currently no EV charger at 16 Indigo.

Are linens and towels provided?
Yes. Linens and towels are provided for the stay.

What is provided at check-in?
A starter kit of household supplies is provided, including initial toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, laundry or dishwasher pods, and basic toiletries. Guests should plan to restock for longer stays.

Who handles reservations and guest support?
Reservations, availability, rates, guest services, and stay support are handled by Coastal Vacation Rentals, a local Hilton Head team.

What is the minimum booking age?
The minimum age to book 16 Indigo is 25.

Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stays generally start at three nights and may vary by season, property, or booking window. Confirm the final requirement with Coastal Vacation Rentals.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.

How many Sea Pines car passes are included?
Reservations include two Sea Pines car passes. Additional passes may be available only up to 16 Indigo’s four-vehicle maximum; confirm availability with Coastal Vacation Rentals.

How will I receive check-in instructions?
Coastal Vacation Rentals provides check-in instructions before arrival after payment and rental agreement requirements are complete.

Are any activities included through Xplorie?
Two bikes are included through Coastal Vacation Rentals / Xplorie. Other eligible activities may apply depending on stay length and Coastal’s current program; confirm final details with their team.
